ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent, dated 21.10.2024 thereby refusing to register and release the documents which were presented for registration on the ground that the counter parties preferred revision as against the correction made in the UDR before the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.As directed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14920 of 2024, dated 01.10.2024, the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram already conducted a detailed enquiry on the revision filed by the counter parties in respect of the correction made in the UDR and thereafter, rejected the revision, by order dated 24.10.2024. Therefore, there is absolutely no impediment for the respondent to register and release the documents, which were presented for registration and pending as Document P.Nos.8 to 12 of 2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
