ORDER
The petitioner herein is the wife. She filed I.D.O.P.No.308 of 2020 before the Family Court, Madurai, seeking divorce. Now, she approached this Court for early disposal of I.D.O.P.No.308 of 2020, which is pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. 1/4
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending I.D.O.P.No.308 of 2020, counselling was conducted for four times and despite the same, there is no scope for any compromise between the parties. Therefore, she requested for early disposal of I.D.O.P.No.308 of 2020.
3. Considering the fact that the divorce petition has been filed in the year 2020 and there is no scope for compromise, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to conclude the divorce proceedings and dispose of the case in I.D.O.P.No.308 of 2020 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
