Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader informed the Court that the enquiry notice has already been issued and that enquiry is to be held on 30.10.2023. The respondent shall conclude enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. Notice shall be issued to all the interested persons before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
