ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to transfer the investigation in Crime No.340 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the fourth respondent to conduct property investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner FIR came to be registered in Crime No.340 of 2024 on 16.10.2024 for the offence under Section 194 BNSS, that after registration of the FIR, they have examined 11 witnesses, that they came to know that there 2/4

existed civil dispute between the petitioner's father deceased Muthu and one Deva Anbu and civil suit is pending and that they are awaiting for the medical records.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.340 of 2024, taking note of the representation given by the petitioner. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
