This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8028 of 2024 on 20.06.2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with on 12 occasions.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8028 of 2024 on 20.06.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
