Heard both sides.
2. One Ragupathi Raja and Ramesh Kumar lodged a complaint against the petitioner. According to them, the petitioner has committed encroachment. 1/3
Enquiry is now being conducted by the respondent under the provisions of the Land Encroachment Act. The petitioner approached to the respondent seeking the following documents:- (I) Copy of the complaints given by Ragupathi Raja and Ramesh Kumar (II) The report dated 19.05.2023 submitted by the Sub Inspector of Survey, Rajapalayam.
(III) The report dated 01.06.2023 submitted by the Revenue Inspector, Rajapalayam.
These documents are obviously relied on by the respondent.
3. Therefore, the respondent is obliged to furnish the same to the petitioner. Before conducting further enquiry, the aforesaid documents will be given to the writ petitioner.
