This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the petitioners land in Sy.No.524/1 and 524/5 in Vasavappapuram Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Murappanadu SRO, Thoothukudi District.

2. When the matter is taken for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that earlier the petitioner had given complaint to the respondent police in respect of which enquiry was conducted on 09.11.2019 and that both the parties agreed to resolve their dispute before the appropriate civil court. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18179 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned civil court for appropriate relief.
