PRAYER :- Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1997 of 2019, Cr.M.P.No.1998 of 2019 dated 17.10.2019, order passed in Cr.M.P.No.5385 of 2019 dated 17.09.2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, order passed in Cr.M.P.No.7387 of 2019, dated 27.08.2019, Cr.M.P.No.8025 of 2019, Cr.M.P.No.8026 of 2019, Cr.M.P.No.8027 of 2019 and Cr.M.P.No.8028 of 2019, Cr.M.P.No.8029 of 2019, Cr.M.P.No.8030 of 2019, dated 09.10.

2019 respectively by the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in which is pursuant to those orders instead of directions the petitioners are to comply with the surety satisfaction before various Magistrate Court it may be modify to the effect the sureties satisfaction may be before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, in all above said cases. Further instead of direction to produce 40 persons to be stood as surety, it may modify to the effect that common sureties of 2 persons for all the said cases and further instead of direction the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
