Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI, calling for the records relating to the impugned order bearing No.A.T.A.No.37 (13) / 2004, dated 03-03-2009 issued by the first Respondent and quash the same.

ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURALISANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of the respondents not appearing either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 634 days in filing the W.A.SR.(MD) No.73369 of 2022.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondent and the name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondent. 2/4

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand Only) to the credit of the State Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to this Court.
