ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Typist working in the fourth respondent office seeking a mandamus to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for the post of Assistants for the year 2023-2024. 2.According to the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner, the name of the petitioner has not been included in the panel for the post of Assistants on the ground that the petitioner has not completed the clerical training. It is the further contention of the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner that though a representation was given in the year 2021 itself for accommodating her in a clerical post, the same was not considered. The petitioner has given a representation on 09.10.2024 seeking the above said benefits to the second respondent.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner further relied upon the order of this Court dated 13.08.2014 in W.P(MD)No.16290 of 2012 to 2/5
impress upon the Court that not sending the petitioner for clerical training is not her fault and therefore, the same cannot be put against the writ petitioner. 4.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 09.10.2024 in the light of the order referred above and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
