PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry except in accordance with due process of law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry except in accordance with due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the petitioner appeared before the second respondent and produced all the documents pertaining to the money transfer, which is involved in the above said transaction, still the enquiry is not completed.

4. The second respondent is directed to summon the petitioner as well as the third respondent for enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this petition is disposed of.
