Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants permission to put up a bunk shop at the petition mentioned site. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation points out that rejection order is in consonance with the order dated 21.08.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P(MD)No.12188 of 2019 etc. The hands of Corporation are tied by the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. There is no scope for intervention in the impugned order.

3. This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
