ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents-1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his wife, on the basis of the representation, dated 28.11.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents-1 & 2 would submit that regarding the dispute between the petitioner and his siblings, the complaint has been sent to the respondent by post. He would further submit that, if the petitioner appears in person and participats in the enquiry and based on the complaint, appropriate action will be taken by the respondent. The statement is recorded.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
