Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner's original date of birth is 04.05.2004 which was wrongly mentioned as 05.04.2004. He wants the same to be corrected.
3. The fourth respondent is directed to send a proper proposal in this regard to the first respondent through the third respondent. This shall be done immediately and without any delay. The first respondent shall carry out the necessary correction and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks after the receipt of the proposal from the third respondent.

4. This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
