PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner frequently and repeatedly on the basis of false and fake complaint of the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner frequently and repeatedly on the basis of false and fake complaint of the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending.

3. The second respondent is directed to summon the petitioner as well as the third respondent for enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this petition is disposed of.
