This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to conduct speedy investigation in Cr.No.164 of 2022 and to file the Charge Sheet within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that the investigation will be completed and the final report of the investigation will be filed before the Court concerned within a month.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file the final report of the investigation within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the Court concerned.
