2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner is aged about 86 years and the crime is of the year 1999 and the case is registered in C.C.No.202 of 2017, the trial process is not completed.

3. Considering the age of the petitioner and the oldeness of the crime, let the above said trial process be disposed of within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
