O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the Honda Amaze Car bearing registration No.TN 49 CE 9070 and the petitioner's Oppo Cell phone within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who appearing for the State. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the property bearing registration No.TN 49 CE 9070 was seized by the second respondent herein, so far it was not produced before the concerned trial Court in connection with Crime No.211 of 2019, on the file of the Inspector of Police, EOW - II, Thanjavur, who is the second respondent herein.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said property has been now produced before the TANPID Court, Madurai on 16.05.2023. Now the property has also been verified and RP number will be assigned by the concerned Court. 2/4

5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court by following proper procedure. This writ petition stands disposed of with liberty. No costs.
