Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Records perused.

3. The marriage between the revision petitioner and the respondent was solemnized at Srikattuselliamman Kovil, Sengarai Village, Thiruvallur District. The respondent herein is residing at Thimmaiayanpettai village, Yegampetta Post, Kancheepuram District. The revision petitioner has not produced any documents to show that they live together in Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and the reasons stated in the return of the un-numbered H.M.O.P. petition was not explained by the petitioner.

4. The un-numbered H.M.O.P. petition was returned on the ground of non completion of one year from the date of marriage. There is no reason sufficient enough to allow the petition and hence, it is decided that the Revision Petition is to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
