ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.154 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.670 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
