ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.Uthayakumar Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Mani Kandan Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.735 of 2023 dated 20.09.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 2/4
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.735 of 2023 dated 20.09.2023 is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
