CRP (MD) No.98 of 2012 Civil Revision Petition filed under section 25 of Tamilnadu Buildings ( Lease and Rent ) Control Act against the fair and executable order passed in RCA No.18 of 2008 dated 03.02.2010 by the Principal Subordinate Judge Madurai reversing the order dated 22.01.2008 passed in RCOP No.43 of 2004 by the District Munsif of Madurai Taluk and allow the petition in RCOP NO.43 of 2004 . CRP (MD) No. 99 of 2012 Civil Revision Petition filed under section 25 of Tamilnadu Buildings ( Lease and Rent ) Control Act against the fair and executable order passed in RCA No.16 of 2008 dated 03.02.2010 by the Principal Subordinate Judge Madurai reversing the order dated 22.01.2008 passed in RCOP No.24 of 2004 by the District Munsif of Madurai Taluk and allow the petition in RCOP NO.24 of 2004 . ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Godwin Advocate for the Petitioner in both petitions, this Court made the following order:

The above petitions are filed praying to grant six months time to comply the order passed in CRP.No.98 & 99 of 2012 dated 30.07.2012.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a memo filed by the petitioner/respondent received by the Registry today (i.e.03.02.2023) has been produced before me. The memo reads as under:- " The petitioner has surrendered possession to the respondent. The CMP has become infructuous".
