ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(l),(k) r/w. 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 363 IPC @ 5(1)(k) r/w. 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 363, 376(3) IPC in crime No. 14 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's earlier bail application has been considered on merits and dismissed by order, dated 01.10.2024 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.16663 of 2024 and without informing the same to the present counsel the second application is filed by the petitioner.
