Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 19.10.2023 issued by the District Collector / Inspector of Panchayats, Theni District. It is seen that the action has already been initiated. The action was taken under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 and the fourth respondent had been directed to remit a sum of Rs. 4,67,945/-. Hence, no further order is required in this writ petition. 2/4
