O R D E R

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. The third respondent is the father of the detenue.

2.The detenue appeared before us through video conferencing mode. She made it clear that she left the matrimonial home on her own accord and that she is in Bengaluru. It is seen that her father, the third respondent had already filed W.P.(CRL)No.995 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of the High Court of Kerala. Copy of the said order dated 30.09.2024 has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. After narrating all the facts, the writ petition was dismissed. This habeas corpus petition will have to meet the very same fate as that of W.P.(CRL) No.995 of 2024. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal detention.
