ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for the limited relief.
2. Heard Mr.V.Anbarasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and Mr.K.R.Badurus Zaman, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3.
3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The petitioner claims that for the supply of paddy, payments have not been made by the third respondent Corporation. The petitioner has given a representation on 17.10.2024 to the respondents requesting for payment. Since the representation has not been considered, she has filed this writ petition.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. However, this Court is of the considered view that no prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2024 seeking for payment of a sum of Rs.4,05,698/- for the alleged supply of 518 bags of paddy, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
