2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a money dispute between the fourth respondent and the petitioner.

3. Let the above said complaint be closed advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. 2/4
