PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 3rd Respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of the enquiry based on the representation dated 03.10.2023 given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent over purchase of old car, the property was returned to the petitioner, but the amount is not settled so far.

3. Let the above said complaint be enquired by summoning the parties and dispose the same on its own merits within a period of fifteen days from the date of 2/4

appearance of the parties. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
