This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 06.08.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.18679 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect he has also produced a certified copy of the legal heirship certificate of Late.Adaikkalam, before this Court.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
