The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he wants to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the sub-division order in respect of the subject property. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition as stated above. There shall be no order as to costs.
