O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry with regard to the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2023 and issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 12.09.2023 before the respondent for missing of his Document No.1034/1994 and Document No.422/1991 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Aranthangi, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent a representation to the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2023 is pending.

Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.
