O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Ms.Devasena appearing for respondents 1 and 2 states that the area around the disputed site will be resurveyed and if there is any encroachment by respondent Nos.3 and 4 or any other party, such encroachment shall be removed by following due process. Counsel states that the survey will be conducted within two weeks of this order being uploaded and if there is any encroachment, within two weeks thereafter, steps will be initiated to remove the encroachment by following due process.
2. In view of the statement made, counsel for petitioner states that
the petition can be disposed of.
