Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus calling for all the records relating to the first respondents Na.Ka.No.1161/A3/03.2 dated 3.12.2004 and quash the same and directing the respondents to execute the sale deed to the labour department 43(old) under the occupation of the petitioner for the sale consideration of R2.9,600.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 445 days in representing the Contempt Petition (MD) Sr.16341 of 2018 in WP(MD) No.4592 of 2004.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the petition subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Services Committee, attached to this Bench, within a week, failing which the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
4. The petition is ordered accordingly.
