O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST POA Act Cases, Pudukottai to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2021 at earliest point of time.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the case is of the year 2021, no progress has been made.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2021 and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
