The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Corporation informs the Court that a sum of Rs.65,51,349/- (Rupees Sixty Five Lakhs Fifty One Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Nine only) has already been paid to the petitioner. A review petition has also been filed in respect of the order passed in the main writ petition. In these circumstances, keeping the contempt proceedings alive is not necessary. This contempt petition is closed.
