ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 393 IPC in Crime No.561 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.12.2021, at about 10.45 pm., when the defacto complainant was coming in his two wheeler, three accused persons came in a two wheeler and threatened the defacto complainant and took I phone of the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the stolen property was not yet recovered and the petitioner is having two similar previous cases. Hence, she strongly objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
