[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court the charge memo issued against the petitioner has been revoked and he is deemed to have been retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation with effect from 31.03.2023 and to that effect, she has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Adi Dravidar Welfare Officer, Tenkasi District, dated 09.01.2025, before this Court.
