ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.584 of 2017 in M.C.O.P.No.112 of 2014, dated 10.09.2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Valliyoor, dismissing the petition filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking permission to examine the Inspector of Police to file the final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the main petition in M.C.O.P.No.112 of 2014 itself, after full trial was disposed of on 15.12.2023. Moreover, in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor has submitted a report, dated 19.02.2024, wherein it has been specifically stated that the case in M.C.O.P.No.112 of 2014 was disposed on 15.12.2023.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
