O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 10.10.2022 sent by the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has borrowed a loan from the 5th respondent and while giving money, the 5th respondent obtained the petitioner's signature in 50 rupees non-judicial stamp paper. Taking advantage of petitioner's illiterate, the 5th respondent has forged a document, as if the petitioner had sold the house in her favour. Now the 5th respondent is trying to carry out mutation in the revenuer records with the 4th respondent. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 10.10.2022, seeking to prevent the illegal activities committed by the 5th respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 2/4

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders forthwith on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the respondents 5 and 6.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
