ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.122 of 2023, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons collected huge money from the defacto complainant for arranging job. Thereafter, they failed to arrange job and also failed to return the amount. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners herein are having nine previous cases and all are similar in nature. Therefore, he strongly objected to grant bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
