O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to delete the wrong entries and issue proper patta in the name of petitioner for the property comprised in S.No.504/4, Vaigainallur South Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, having an extent of 0.78.50 Hectares, bearing patta No.1813.

2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.From the sale deed produced before this Court, it is seen that the petitioner has not purchased the entire extent of land in S.No.504/4. It is also to be seen that the document of sale deed disclosed the fact that that the petitioner has purchased an extent of 1 acre 75 cents of land in S.No.504/4. After the purchase, it is not in dispute that the petitioner's name was included and the computer patta produced before this Court also shows that the petitioner's name is also included in Patta No.1813 along with his vendor. W.P.(MD)No.26013 of 2019 petitioner, who seeks deletion of third parties, has not impleaded anyone of the person, who were shown as joint pattathars along with the petitioner in respect of the survey fields. 4.It is in these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. In case the petitioner files a Writ Petition with proper parties, the same may be considered in accordance with law. With the above liberty reserved to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
