Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned tender notification issued by the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.897/2019/T4, dated 20.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to reschedule the tender notification by issuing schedule form to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

The writ petition is filed challenging the Tender Notification issued by the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.897/2019/T4, dated 20.11.2019.

Upon notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3196/2019/A3, dated 03.12.2019, wherein it is stated that the said Tender Notification has been cancelled, in view of the Local Body Election Model Code of Conduct.
