ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to register the Wakf namely, the Umar (Rali) Jummah Masjid Pallivasal, situated at Kalainagar, Madurai, under the Wakf Act, 1995 and control the functioning of the same by the Wakf Board by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 that the respondents 1 and 2 will consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023 and the orders will be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
