This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner herein in complaint dated 30.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case was registered in C.S.R.No.475 of 2022 and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint lodged by one Moideen Vava, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the complaint given by the said person, came to be registered and only after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
