ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by the 4th respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that with regard to the custody of the child of the petitioner and his deceased wife, trouble arisen between the parties, over which, the fourth respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner. The above said complaint was closed directing the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above said observation, this petition is disposed as unnecessary.
