ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 45 and 394 of IPC, in crime No.468 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused said to have entered the house of the de-facto complainant during night and attacked her and snatched her thaali chain and went away. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the petitioner along with other accused said to have entered the house of the de-facto complainant during night and attacked her and snatched her thaali chain and went away and the said thaali chain having been recovered from the petitioner and the trial in this case is an advanced stage and already 10 witnesses were examined and only three more witnesses remain to be examined and since the trial itself can be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, considering the

advanced stage in which the trial is, I'm not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However the prosecution shall produce the respective witnesses on the date of hearing without fail and a copy of this order shall also be placed before the trial court and the trial court shall endeavour to expedite the trial in any event and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of the order.
