Heard both sides.
2. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel informs the Court that two cases are pending against the writ petitioner. One of them has already been charge sheeted and it is pending at committal stage in P.R.C.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukostiyur. The petitioner is permitted to file file a Miscellaneous Petition seeking the relief now sought for in this writ petition. This petition shall be disposed of by the learned Committal Magistrate on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks after such filing.
3. With this liberty to the petitioner to move the Committal Magistrate and direction to the Committal Magistrate to dispose of, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 16.10.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No 2/4
