ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed property dispute between the parties and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.744 of 2024 came to be registered on 15.10.2024 and is pending for enquiry.
3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
