Respondent Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the tender notification issued by the respondent in Tender Notice No.17/2022-2023 HDO, dated 15.10.2022, quash the same as illegal, and consequently direct the respondent to consider the application given by the petitioner on 22.11.2022 and direct the respondent to issue clearance certificate to the petitioner, since the petitioner is the successful bidder in Nagapattinam tender on various dates in the year 2022.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
