ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 reports that on receipt of the complaint by the third respondent, father-in-law of the petitioner that his daughter and grand child who had gone to the petitioner's house are missing, the respondents have registered a case in Crime No. 299 of 2019 as woman missing and boy missing and are investigation. There is suspicion against the petitioner.

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
